Claire Lambell

As the Principal Analyst at Insight Analysis & Consulting, Claire has more than ten years experience working as an Analyst and using the i2 analytical software. Claire began her career at Victoria Police where she gained her qualifications as an Intelligence Analyst. She then went on to apply her skills in the private sector. Claire is a qualified i2 iBase, Analyst's Workstation and Analyst's Notebook trainer and has trained more than 1200 analysts from the law enforcement, defence and commercial sectors across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Claire has extensive proven tertiary skills holding a First Class Honours Degree in Criminology and Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management. She has extensive experience in various database technologies and has lead several major database integration projects. Claire also has qualifications and experience in MapInfo, AutoCAD and EnCase.

Gary McCole

Gary learnt the practical value of analysis during his career as a member of Victoria Police. Achieving management level, he understands analytical processes, their application to business and government systems and the importance of analysis led decision making. He holds a Degree in Business Management and other tertiary qualifications.
